We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, our 14 day guarantee allows you to buy with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can arrange an exchange provided the piece is sent back in its original, saleable condition. We will offer a credit or you can select what you would like to exchange it for. Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving the order on info@ceptional.co.uk

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

When returning items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge, so please use a reliable and tracking service, as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost items while being returned. Delivery costs are non-refundable; you will only receive a refund for the item you are returning.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, if the item is in perfect condition and original packaging.

If the item you want to exchange has a lower value than your original purchase, then the difference in value will be refunded. If the exchanged artwork has higher value, you are required to pay the excess.

Additional delivery fees will also be applied.
