Jouvert Jamboree (framed canvas)

‘J’ouvert Jamboree’ recreates the scene of the annual J’ouvert festival held on Jamaica’s north coast. This puts the purveyor in the mix of the crowd having sipped on an assortment of beverages from 3pm in the afternoon until the early hours. The moment becoming a mere hazy memory by the next day for many a party reveller.

Some artworks are conceptualised from original photography, then re-mastered and custom printed on canvas or satin using U-V stable pigment-based inks for vibrant, high colour saturation and durability. They were then embellished with oil paints and individually signed by the artist.

Fabrics have passed CE EN71-3 safety standards. The images are framed in open grain tray mouldings, and intentionally not encased in glass to create three dimensional impressions.
